Our Sunday morning service centres around the Breaking of Bread, when baptised members take bread and wine every week in remembrance of the life, death, resurrection and promised return of our Lord Jesus Christ. The service also includes hymns, readings from the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, prayers, collection and announcements. There is also a talk based on aspects of Bible teaching to encourage us to follow God’s ways.
The service last about 75 minutes and visitors are welcome.
Our Sunday evening Bible Hour centres around an informative
presentation of different aspects of Bible teaching and how these are
important to life and faith. In addition to the talk, there are hymns,
prayers and a Bible reading.
The service lasts about 50 minutes and is followed by free tea and coffee. All are welcome.
On the last Sunday in the month our usual evening service will be held in the morning at 10:30. It will include songs and readings and an uplifting Bible message. Refreshments after. We will resume at 12:00 for a simple Breaking of Bread led by the President.
On these days there is no Evening Bible Hour.
